VERSATILE THAI DIPPING SAUCE

Use as a drizzle on fresh roasted, grilled or sautéed veggies, proteins, sticky bowls, use as a dip for fresh spring rolls.

½ garlic clove, pressed (or more if you want it strong)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar 
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated, peeled, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped 
1 teaspoon coconut sugar 
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
